Jan was awesome, very efficient, helped us so much through the process, put up with all of our questions, concerns, decisions, and was patient through it all. She got her sign up quickly, sent out postcards all over the states, as our friends in Arizona got one. Had drone shots and photographer at our door – pronto. She spent many hours with us and she is honest, caring and a new friend. One thing I really appreciated about Jan, she kept us informed as to what each potential buyer thought about our property. As a Real Estate Professional who has managed several commercial and residential properties for over 25 years, I have probably worked with dozens of Real Estate brokers and salespeople. In short, I would rank Jan in the top two or three that I have ever worked with. I don’t need to tell you that this is a challenging time in the Real Estate field. Factors such as significant oversupply of available properties and numerous REOs make for a radical departure from relatively easy pickings of three or four years ago. It was quite pleasant. Once the property listed there was activity. It took a couple tries to get the right buyer but overall my experience was good.
